Can you resend my password and/or validation code?

Yes. If you know your username or password use our password retrieval form to get your lost password information. If you don't know your username or password, or the original email address you used to sign up with Nice Jewish Singles is no longer valid, use our contact form to send us a request along with your birth date or other useful identifying information.

I posted my ad, why doesn't it show up in a search?

Your completed ad will not show up in a browse or search if your username and email address has not been validated. Also, please make sure that your account is not on hold. Ads placed on hold will not show up in a search.

How do I take down my ad?

Go to the edit profile area and put the "hide your ad" setting to "yes". Other members will no longer be able to see your ad.

What is your privacy policy?

Why didn't I receive my email, password, and/or validation code?

Many users accidentally enter an incorrect email address when signing up for Nice Jewish Singles. Log into your account and view your email settings to make sure the address we have is correct. How do I send email?

Within all ads there is a link which says, "click here to send an email". Clicking on this link will bring up a form for sending email to other members. If you're not already logged in you'll need to enter in your username and password before you're allowed to use this form.

Why can't I send email?

Before you're allowed to send email to other members you'll need to create a username and validate it. People without validated usernames are not allowed to send email.

How do I access my email?

All email sent in response to your ad is automatically anonymously forwarded to the email address used when you set up a username at Nice Jewish Singles. Sign in to whatever service you normally use to read your email. Please note: Some service providers such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, and MSN use strict anti-spam measures to ensure that their members do not receive email that they have not specifically requested. Make sure that your spam settings allow email from the domain nicejewish.com or you might not receive responses to your personal ad.

Can other members see my email address?

No. Other members will know you only by your username and will not see your email address in your ad or in email sent through our anonymous email system.

How do I change my email address?

You may change your email address by filling out the change email form. Remember, all email addresses must be validated for use. Make sure that any spam blocker in use will allow you to receive your new validation code.
